Eating Healthy :Yummy Corn Delight - Recipe

It was rainy day in Chennai, and as usual power was off, I was looking outside my window an idea struck me, and i came up with this  "yummy,light,delicious and healthy" recipe. It is "Yummy Corn Delight".


Required:
Sweet Corn - 1 Cup; Potato 1, Carrot 1, Grounded Pepper 3 Tbsp, Salt 1 tbsp, Hing 1/2 tbsp, onion ,coriander for seasoning, Corn flour.

Method:

Step 1: Boil Sweet corn, Potato and carrot. Ensure that it's completely boiled. Peel the Potato and carrot skin.


Step 2: Mix the grounded pepper, hing,salt and prepare Pepper mixture

Step 3: Add the pepper mixture  with the boiled corn, potato, carrot and grind into into a form of a dough.
Step 4:  Roll the dough with the bread crust and prepare the roll and dry it for 5 mins

Step 5: Fry it the pan and ensure that the oil is completely strained with the help of suitable strainer and tissue.

Step 6: Garnish with onion, pepper powder and serve it hot with sauce

This is a good rainy day snack that has good calorific value and a balanced diet. Since this uses pepper instead of chilly, it's very good for health and gives a great company during rain. ting healthy, is the motto of the day. Many a times when i say people to be diet conscious, they look me upon and say healthy foods are not delicious and difficult to prepare. I disagree on this. I always say, all it requires to shift into a healthy diet is will to change.

Try this on a rainy day with the people whom you love ...you will know where is heaven.
